Many cases of "asthma" are actually undiagnosed allergy or post nasal drip due to sinusitis. It is well known that sinus and nasal health can have a direct impact on athletic performance and exacerbation of chronic lung conditions. Dr. Martini uses the latest technology, both medical and surgical, to treat nasal conditions. Frequently long term control or cure can be achieved.

The outside appearance of the nose can be important to the patient. Defects after injury or trauma can negatively affect self perception. Dr. Martini is focused on repair and restoration of nasal appearance, and cosmetic improvement. Many cases are covered by insurance depending on specifics of one's insurance policy. Reconstruction of function and improvement of appearance can usually co-exist.
