Tracy Martini is a registered nurse with over 20 years experience in ENT, Facial Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University in 1984 and a Master of Science degree in Nursing Administration from Widener University in 1990. Tracy has worked in various inpatient and outpatient department settings including medical, surgical, and private practice throughout the Midwest and East coast. She has held positions as staff nurse, clinical leader, Director of Nursing, and Practice Administrator. Tracy provides administrative and clinical services for Chesapeake ENT/Facial Plastic Surgery and the expanding Aesthetic practice of Dr. David Martini- Replenish Cosmetic Surgery, Laser, and Skin.

Rosemarie T. Hess
Allergy Technician, Office Manager
Rosemarie has over 20 years of experience in the allergy field. She has worked with Dr. Martini since 2003 and continues her education. She has held the office of President of the American Society of Otolaryngic Allergy Technicians, and has taught at the annual meeting of this organization.

Dana M. Sokolowski
Audiologist
Ms. Sokolowski has been testing auditory and balance systems and evaluating and fitting patients with hearing aids for more over nine years. She has extensive experience counseling patients and working with each person to find the best possible solution for his or her hearing needs. Ms. Sokolowski received her Bachelor of Science degree in speech language pathology and audiology from Towson University and continued on there to receive her Masters of Science degree in Audiology. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, is certified through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed to practice in Maryland and Delaware.

Lanita Raczkowski

Lanita has over 25 years of experience in the medical field. She has been working with Dr. Martini for the past 5 years. She resides in Elkton with her husband and two children.
